Richard A. Robertson, 80, of Cherry Hill, NJ and formerly of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2017. Loving husband to Joan Robertson (nee Edwards). Dear father to Michael Robertson, Mark A. Robertson, Brian J. Robertson and the late Richard A. Robertson, Jr. Grandfather to Mark A. Robertson, Jr., Mitchell Robertson, and Jacob Robertson. Brother to Carolyn Schreiber and the late William and late John Robertson. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. After graduating from Notre Dame University Richard began his teaching career at Riverside Elementary School. He continued in the teaching profession for 27 years. Richard loved going to Bensalem Park , vacationing in Cape May and watching All sports especially Notre Dame football. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Richard was a devoted husband, wonderful father, Pop and a devoted friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
