Devin W. Kemp, affectionately known as "Sparky", was born on June 14, 1953, to the late Doris (nee Turner) and Wilton Kemp in Riverside, New Jersey. He departed this life on August 10, 2017, at the age of 64. Devin was educated in the Riverside school system. Shortly after graduation, he attended school for air conditioning and refrigeration. He also held various jobs before securing a position with Riverside Township Public Works, where he worked for over 33 years.
