The Life of Amelia m Bearb
Funeral Services will be held at Delhomme Funeral Home Chapel of the Flowers, Mass of Christian Burial, on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10:30 am for Amelia Bearb, 86, who passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at 3:27 pm at her residence.
Fr. Joe Breaux, Pastor of St. Alphonse Catholic Church will be officiating the services.
Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Mrs. Amelia, a resident of Duson , was the daughter of the late Eurice Bearb and the former Emelia Semar.
She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Jane Guillory, Karleen Falcon and Peggy Simon; sons, Robert Falcon and Neddie Falcon Sr.; Fifteen Grandchildren; Twenty-two Great-grandchildren; One Great-great-granddaughter; sister, Fredia Lagneaux; and brother, Doris Bearb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Elvie Boudreaux and Leora Falcon; and brothers, Cleveland Bearb, Bill Bearb and Horace Bearb.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Friday November 29 from 5:00PM to 10:00PM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm on Friday evening in the funeral home. Visiting hours will continue from 8:00AM until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Chase Lacombe, Joseph Guillory, Matt Broussard, Chris Lacombe, Ryan Simon and Brandon Simon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Sonny Guillory, Kemp Guillory, Scotty Falcon, and Cassidy Falcon.
