The Life of Helen Perroux
Helen Spears Perroux, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on July 23, 2013.
She is survived by two daughters, Carla Keneson (Randy) and Valerie Perroux; two grandsons, Kevin Keneson and Ryan Perroux (Cat); honorary granddaughter, Susan Vidallier-Istre (Brent); great-grandchildren, Sabastian and Nancy Perroux; sister, Myrtle Joseph; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, V.L. Perroux; son, Louis Perroux; parents, the former Bessie McAdams and William Riley Spears; two brothers, and two sisters.
Per her wishes, no wake or funeral will be held. A private Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Hospice Compassus and Dr. Kemp Coreil for their extraordinary care and guidance.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to "Community Hospices of America Foundation" in care of Hospice Compassus, 1438 South College Rd., Lafayette, LA 70503.
