The Life of Ada Estelle Stout

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 2, 2013 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Ada Estelle Stout, 85, who passed away on February 28, 2013 at her residence. Reverend Larry Langley, Pastor of the Garden Baptist Church, will conduct the funeral services. Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park. Mrs. Stout, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Thomas Bishop and the former Lucille Bradley. She was a member of Community Baptist Church and an LPN at Lafayette General for 10+ years. She is survived by one daughter, Betty Guidry of Lafayette, LA; one son, William Harold Stout and wife Linda of Youngsville, LA; five grandchildren, Stacy Broussard, Tellie Stout, Michael Stout, Robert Stout and John Stout; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold Loyd Stout; one daughter, Tommie Jean Stout and one grandchild, Maxwell Lloyd Broussard. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 9:00 am until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Robert, Michael, John and Seth Stout, Matthew Shumaker and Brandon Breaux. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Stout''''s name to Heart of Hospice, 201 West Vermillion Street, Lafayette, LA 70501. Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, LA is in charge of funeral arrangements.
