The Life of Mary Ann Hoffpauir
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012, at 1:00 PM in Faith Lutheran Church, 104 Rue Fontaine, Lafayette, LA 70508, for Mary Ann Hoffpauir, 74, who died on Monday, November 19, 2012 at her residence in Lafayette. Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Samuel McPeek, Pastor of Faith Lutheran Church, will conduct the funeral services.
Survivors include her two sons, Scott Hoffpauir and his wife Donna, and Sam Hoffpauir and his wife Kathryn; six grandchildren, Sara Hoffpauir, Kyle Hoffpauir, Darcy Hoffpauir, Laura Hoffpauir, Jacob Hoffpauir and Jarrod Motty; two great grandchildren, Jarrod Michael Motty and Jonathan Motty; four brothers, Paul Richter, David Richter and his wife Barbara, Robert Richter and his wife Mabel, and Donald Richter and his wife Reneé; and one sister, Diane Hritz and her husband Eric. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hans and Reba Richter; two sisters-in-law, Fay Richter and Verna Richter; and one nephew, David Richter, Jr.
A lifelong resident of Lafayette, Mary Ann Hoffpauir was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Lafayette. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
Pallbearers will be Randy Matthews, Anthony Matthews, Seth Matthews, Michail Matthews, Eric Hritz, Jacob Hoffpauir, Kyle Hoffpauir and Josh Hritz
Honorary Pallbearers will be Paul Richter, David Richter, Robert Richter and Donald Richter.
The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille''s DOWNTOWN Lafayette location on Friday, November 23, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Mary Ann Hoffpauir''s name to Faith Lutheran Church, 104 Rue Fontaine, Lafayette, LA 70508.
