The Life of Loretta Ann Lovelady
Loretta Lovelady died on October 28, 2012. She was 61 years old, a native of Lafayette and a resident of Clinton. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Our Lady of the Assumption from 9:00am until Rite of Christian Burial at 10:00am, Conducted by Fr. Jeffery Bayhi. She is survived by a daughter; Joan Lovelady, a son; Christopher Lovelady, mother; Bertha G. Barras of Clinton, 2 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law; Karen B. Hohensee & spouse Glenn P. of Broussard and Brenda Mersel & spouse Harry of New Orleans, grandchildren; Alexis Porche, Taylor Porche, Veronica Lovelady, Charlene Lovelady, Kaitlynn Lovelady, Hayden Lovelady, and Carli Lovelady. She was preceded in death by her husband; Anthoney A. Lovelady and father; Louis D. Barras. She enjoyed crafts and traveling. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption and was a LPN.
