The Life of Eleanor Oser Broussard
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2012, at 11:00 AM in Lafayette Memorial Park for Eleanor Fournet Oser Broussard, 92, who passed away peacefully on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Cross Timbers Care Center in Flower Mound, Texas.
Reverend Corey Campeaux, Associate Pastor of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Lafayette, will conduct the graveside service.
Survivors include her son, Donald F. Oser, Sr. and his wife Marlene of Lafayette; her son, Glen E. F. Oser, Jr. of Lewisville, Texas; five grandchildren, Lisa Savoy and her husband Randy of Youngsville, Donald F. Oser, Jr. and his wife Keri of Lafayette, Craig Oser of Lafayette, Kelly Merklein and her husband Matt of Denton, Texas and Amy Oser of Lafayette; four great-grandchildren, Blake and Nicole Oser of Lafayette and Zachary and Ian Merklein of Denton, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Joseph and Emitha Langlinais Fournet; two sisters, Betty Arboneaux and Shirley Domingue; her first husband, Glen E. F. Oser, Sr.; and her second husband, Warren Broussard.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who knew and loved her. She will be truly missed and forever loved.
