The Life of Mildred R Clark
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Mildred Clark, 89, who passed away on April 26, 2012 at 7:13 pm at her residence.
Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Clark, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the daughter of the late George Gammon of Brooklyn, New York and the former Loretta Pullis of Brooklyn, New York.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Clark Enox and her husband Robert of Lafayette, LA; two sons, Jack P. Clark, Jr. and wife Alice of Virginia Beach, VA, and Robert W. Clark and wife Simone of Lafayette, LA; three grandchildren, David Paul Clark, Robert Ryan Clark and Matthew Jamison Enox; and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jack Paul Clark, Sr., five sisters, and three brothers.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 10:00 am until the time of service.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Francine Manuel, Dr. Patlola, Dr. Cain, Dr. Bolen, Dr. Harrington, Dr. Sobiesk, Dr. Salvatierra, the Coumadin Nurses, Missy and Patty, and a special heartfelt thanks to Kathy Stakes, her caretaker.
