He was preceded in death by his father, Wade Judice; maternal grandparents, Richard and Carmelite Langlinais; paternal grandparents John and Emily Breaux Judice, niece Crystal Broussard, parents-in-law Jim and Peggie Farley, and brother-in-law Danny Broussard. A native of Lafayette, most friends called Kevin, "Juice," from his days as star running back #21 for the Comeaux High School's Mighty Spartans, where he still holds the school's season rushing record and garnered All-Parish, All-District and All-State Team honors for three years. He held the state high school football rushing yards record for over a decade until the mid-80's. He played men's softball for years in Lafayette Parish. He was a devoted volunteer and coach for his daughter's teams with the Broussard Youngsville Athletic Association. He attended church regularly at The Episcopal Church of the Ascension and was very active in Ascension's Outreach Ministry Group. By far, Kevin will most be remembered for his pure heart and friendship shown to so many. He was one of those people who never met a stranger and was well-liked for his easy-going, giving nature and remarkable knowledge of current sports events. With football his first love, he could still be counted on to know stats and standings for most anything in the sports section. He loved going to watch his daughter, grandchildren, nieces and nephews play ball and was a regular at ballparks across the parish. Kevin's wishes were to have his organs donated to the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency. Pallbearers will be Chris Judice, Doug Judice, Steve Judice, Steve LaBauve, Wilson Ewing, Ross Farley and Kenneth Duhon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gary Faulk, Tommy Kreamer, David Prejean, Michael Derouen, Sr., Sonny Benoit and Lee Carriere.
