The Life of Sally Fiorello

Services will be held celebrating the life of Sally Middione Fiorello, 84, on Friday, November 30, 2007 at 1:00 pm in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers. Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Gilbert Dutel, Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Scott, will be Celebrant of the Mass and conduct the funeral services. Mrs. Fiorello, the daughter of the late Charles Middione of Campo Bella Di Licata, Italy and the former Leonarda Amico of Campo Bella Di Licata, Italy was a native of Buffalo, New York and a resident of Scott, Louisiana. Survivors include her two daughters, Graceann J. Calandra and husband Joseph, and Lynette R. Boyd and husband Danny; daughter-in-law, Amy Bush Fiorello; three granddaughters, Denise Richard, Melanie Bardash, Kaylin Fiorello; three grandsons, Joey D.T. Calandra, Philip J. Badali II, and Charles D. Fiorello; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Mae Middione Wielkie, and sister-in-law, Vivian Magdy Middione. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Dominic C. Fiorello; son, Charles ''Chuck'' Fiorello; two brothers, Carmen Middione, and Joseph Middione; and one sister, Mayna Middione. The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Thursday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am until the time of service. A rosary will be recited Thursday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Joey D.T. Calandra, Philip J. Badali II, Charles D. Fiorello, Philip Badali, Sr., Mark Bardash, and Charles Richard. Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette is in charge of funeral arrangements.
