The Life of Nell Standefer
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2011 at Lafayette Memorial Park for Nell B. Standefer, 84, passed away on April 14, 2011 at Lafayette General Medical Center.
She is survived by one son, Lee Standerfer; four grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Kellog and Billie LeBourgeois as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Standefer; her parents, Ned Bufkin and Carrie Graham; three sisters, Pauline Wells, Fay Soloman, Neddie Trest and two brothers, Claude Clairborne Graham and Roy Graham.
The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the compassionate care given to her by Dona, the staff and caregivers at Lafayette Care Center and to her friend, Claudia.
