The Life of Vivian Castille

Memorial Services will be at a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 28, 2009, at Our Lady of Fatima Church, for Vivian Lecompte Castille,78 , who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Graveside Services will be held immediatley after the Memorial Service at Lafayette Memorial Park. She is survived by two daughters, Juliet Marie Castille; Paula Ann Castille Seneca; two sons, Michael James Castille and his wife, Billye Denais Castille; Richard Edward Castille and his wife, Leslie Theriot Castille; five grandchildren, Jamie Paul Seneca, Ryan James Seneca, Lindsay Angelle Castille, Halle Nicole Castille, Cory Michael Castille; and great grandson, Caden Alexzander Seneca. She is also survived by three sisters, Gussie LeCompter Courville , Frances LeCompte Rojas and her husband Luis Rojas; Lillian Lecompte Day and her husband Herman Day, Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents Caliste LeCompte and Octavie Bajat, beloved husband, James Raymond Castille, brother, Ashton LeCompte, three sisters, Necephera LeCompte Authemant, Leola LeCompte Degeyter, Mary Lou LeCompte Devalcour. She was a happy, lively individual with a true zest for life. She was a loving, devoed, mother grandmother, and great grandmother. She was always a joy to be around. Surely her entire family will miss her dearly, as well as those of her many friends who have indicated appreciation for having had their lives touched by her.
