The Life of Margaret Seibold
Funeral Services will be held at a 10:30 am Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Margaret Mouton Seibold, 83, who passed away on November 13, 2011 at 8:20 pm at Cornerstone Village South.
Reverend Monsignor Charles Mallet will be the Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services.
Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Seibold, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the daughter of the late Rock Stanley Mouton and the former Cecile Hebert both of Lafayette, Louisiana. She was a member of Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. She was employed at Delhomme Florist as manager for 34 years. She was a member of the Telephone Company Pioneers and the Ridgewood Home Demonstration Club for over 50 years.
She is survived by one son, Ken M. Seibold and wife Roslynn of Abbeville, LA; three grandchildren, Kristen S. Dardeau and husband Robby of Lafayette, LA, Kyle Seibold and wife Kimberly of Abbeville, LA and Kade Seibold and wife Ashley of Rayne, LA; five great grandchildren, Nicholas Lange, Peyton Dardeau, Taylor Harrison, Rileigh Seibold and Kole Seibold; one sister Billie Delhomme and husband Francis; nieces Desiree'' Huggins, Daphne Landry, Deidre Montgomery and Dawn Bourg; and her nephew, Duane Delhomme.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin O. Seibold and one brother, Rock Carrol Mouton.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM in the funeral home Tuesday Evening. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at 8:00 AM until the time of services.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Seibold, Kade Seibold, Nicholas Lange, Robby Dardeau, Thomas J. Montgomery, M.D., Richard Landry and Duane Delhomme. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kevin Bourg, Mike Huggins and Francis B. Delhomme.
