The Life of Edward Mire Jr.
Memorial services will be held at a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, November 22, 2010 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Edward Mire, Jr. who passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010.
Reverend Allen Breaux, Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, will be Celebrant of the Mass and conduct the funeral services.
Mr. Mire, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the son of the late Edward Mire, Sr. of Mire, Louisiana and the former Dorothy Timmons of Scott, Louisiana.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Mire of Lafayette, LA; one daughter, Allysun Mire of New Orleans, LA; one sister, Phyllis Mire and one brother, Jesse J. Mire both of Lafayette.
He was preceded in death by his father Edward Mire, Sr.
Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
