The Life of Donald Keith Mosing II

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 12:00 pm at First Baptist Church for Donald Keith ''Beau'' Mosing, II, 26, who died Friday, November 14, 2008 in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Reverend Steve Horn, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Lafayette, and Reverend Perry Sanders, Pastor Emeritus of First Baptist Church of Lafayette will conduct the funeral services.

Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Beau, a native of Houston, Texas was the son of Donald ''Keith'' Mosing of Houston and Karen C. Anderson of Lafayette. Beau was a 2001 graduate of Westside High School, Houston, Texas. He was employed with Franks International stationed in Stavanger, Norway. Beau was fourth generation in the Mosing family to enter into the family business. He was proud to live, travel and work around the world. Beau loved working and living in the Middle East where he was a 2008 graduate of American University-Dubai United Arab Emirates with a 3.1 GPA. He was personally presented his degree by His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He was an avid outdoorsman and an aviation enthusiast receiving his private pilot''s license in 2004.

Beau was loved by many friends and family around the world and will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his father Donald ''Keith'' Mosing and his wife, Alice of Houston, Texas; his mother, Karen C. Anderson of Lafayette, Louisiana; his sister, Ashley Mosing of Houston, Texas; his paternal grandfather, Donald E Mosing of Lafayette, Louisiana; and his uncles and aunts, Gregory ''Greg'' Mosing and his wife, Donna of Lafayette, Louisiana, William ''Brad'' Bradford Mosing and his wife, Leah of Lafayette, Louisiana, Melanie Mosing of Lafayette, Louisiana, Stephanie Chamblin of Abita Springs, Louisiana and Donald Chamblin of Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dariel Janice Mosing and his maternal grandparents Don and Nita Chamblin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed Saturday from 11:00 am until time of services at First Baptist Church of Lafayette.

Pallbearers will be Greg Mosing, Brad Mosing, Osman Yusuf, Brad Fish, John Cole and George Dodge. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Boudreaux, Francis da Roza, Pat Sibille, John F. Wheeler, Robin Sawyer, Nick Jain and Mike G. Rutherford.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in the name of Donald ''Beau'' Mosing, II to KickStart, 427 West Twentieth Street, Suite 203, Houston, Texas 77008.

Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, is in charge of all funeral arrangements.
