The Life of Nydia F De Del Toro
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 31, 2008 at an 11:00 AM Mass in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille for Nydia F. Sanchez De Del Toro, 83, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at her residence in Lafayette.Father Donald Bahllenger will officiate the services. Survivors include her beloved husband, Luis Del Toro; two daughters, Nyvis Del Toro Lebron and her husband, Alfonso Lebron and Milagros Del Toro; her grandchildren, Patricia Lebron-Armstrong and her husband, Sol Armstrong, Anne Marie Lebron, Carolina Lebron-Garcia and her husband, Enrique Garcia; and one great grandchild, André Garcia Lebron.She was preceded in death by her parents, Luis Sanchez and Luisa Perez; three brothers; and one sister.A native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, Mrs. Sanchez De Del Toro was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. She will always be a “special angel” in this world, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.The family requests that visitation be observed on Friday, October 31, 2008 from 9:00 AM until time of services at Martin & Castille Funeral Home in Lafayette.Thanks from our hearts to all family and friends who gave us comfort and love, in this time, in a very special way to our cousin Minerva, Albertina Diaz, Luis German, Dr. Juan Paredes, Tilcia, Maria, Magaly, Monique, Dr. Robles, Dr. Meza, Dr. Malin, Dr. Lugo and Dr. Guillory.
