The Life of Purphey J. Trahan
Graveside Services will be held Sunday, February 26, 2006 at a 2:00 PM Service at Lafayette Memorial Park for Mr. Purphey J. Trahan, age 82, who died at 1:45 AM Saturday, February 25, 2006 in the Rehabilitation Hospital of Acadiana.Interment will be in the Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.Reverend Rod Reynolds, Pastor of the Living Church of God will conduct the graveside services.Survivors include his wife, Eve Theriot Trahan.Mr. Trahan was born on July 7, 1923 and was a native and lifelong resident of Youngsville. He was a veteran of military service, having served in the United States Army during World II. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Trahan was employed with Southern Pacific Railroad.
