The Life of Tamara Faith DesOrmeaux
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at 7:00 PM in Martin & Castille Funeral Home, Downtown Lafayette location, for Tamara "Tammy" Faith DesOrmeaux, 44, who passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at her residence in Scott.
Survivors include her parents, Norman DesOrmeaux, Sr. and Velma Jean Veronie DesOrmeaux; three sisters, Jennifer DesOrmeaux Porter and her husband Randy, Ginger Lynn DesOrmeaux and her fiancé Jason Glass and Mindy DesOrmeaux and her fiancé Shane Vallot; one brother Norman James DesOrmeaux, Jr. and his wife Trina; nieces and nephews, Bridget Keating, Casey Thibodeaux, Cody Dorsey, Corey DesOrmeaux, Tyson DesOrmeaux, Justin Varisco, Haylé Porter, Brooké Porter, Scotty DesOrmeaux, Amber Delahoussaye, Chance Delahoussaye and DaKota Richard; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mom, Pop, Mom Cearley and Pop T.V.
A native of Lafayette and a resident of Scott, Tammy enjoyed playing the drums, guitar and flute. She loved her cats and had a passion for all animals and music. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille''s DOWNTOWN Lafayette location on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 6:00 PM until time of service.
