A Service will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 2:00 PM in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille for infant, Sydney Roye Smith, who became an angel in heaven, Sunday, December 17, 2006 at Women's & Children's Hospital in Lafayette.Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.Survivors include her parents, Jeremy & Heather Smith of Lafayette.The family requests that visiting hours be observed Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time.
