The Life of Anna Dell Foote
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at a 10:00 AM Service in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille for Anna Dell Landry Foote, 73, who passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at Lafayette General Medical Center.Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.Reverend Michael Russo, Pastor of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, will officiate the services. Jodi Bollich, organist and soloist, will sing for the services, "Ave Maria", "Be Not Afraid", "On Eagles' Wings" and "Here I Am Lord".Survivors include her beloved husband of 56 years, Herbert Foote; four children, Patrick Foote, Cheryl Venable and her husband, Earl, Sandra Albert and her husband, Harry and Blaine Foote and his wife, Susan; eight grandchildren, Nathan Foote, Tiffany Foote, Courtney Foote, Jeremy Venable, Ryan Venable, Bethany Albert, Brandon Albert and Brittany Albert; two step grandchildren, Sara Waggoner and Heather Libby; seven great grandchildren, Alexis Foote, Madison Foote, Whitney Foote, Mazie Foote, Carly Beggs, Jasmine Frederick and Jalen Frederick; one step great granddaughter, Amber Meyers; one brother Delfred Landry; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Aurelie and Nella Landry; two brothers, Nelton Landry and Lennis Landry; and one sister, Leola Sellers.A native of Vermilion Parish and resident of Lafayette for over 43 years, Mrs. Foote was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.Pallbearers will be Earl Venable, Harry Albert, Jeremy Venable, Ryan Venable, Brandon Albert and Nathan Foote.A Rosary will be prayed on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at 7:00 PM in Martin & Castille Funeral Home in Lafayette.The family requests that visitation be observed on Sunday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday from 8:00 AM until time of services.Martin & Castille - Lafayette, 337-234-2311
