The Life of Marcelle Bilski
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 29, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Marcelle Anderson Bilski, 35, who died Friday, January 26, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.
Rev. William Gearheard, Pastor, St. Joseph Church, will officiate.
Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Mrs. Bilski, a native of Lafayette, was the daughter of James Anderson and the former Catherine Sondes. She was a graduate of Northside High School and ULL with a degree in Health Information Management and had successfully passed the RHIA certification exam. She was a loving, caring person, who always put others before herself, and was a friend to all. To know her was to love her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Chris Bilski of Lafayette; her parents, James D. and Catherine S. Anderson of Lafayette; her paternal grandmother, Juanita L. Anderson of Lafayette; her maternal grandmother, Irma Y. Sondes of Lafayette and her great aunt, Ida Y. Ferguson of Lafayette.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather U. S. Anderson and her maternal grandfather, Frederick M. Sondes.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed Sunday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and continue Monday from 9:00 am to time of services
A rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
