The Life of Dorothy Mae Riche

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 1:00 PM in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Dorothy Mae Riche, 82, who passed away Monday, February 26, 2007 at her residence.

Reverend John De Leeuw will conduct the funeral services.

Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park.

Mrs. Riche, a native of Patmos, Arkansas and a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late John Dolphus Hatch and the former Mattie Mae Anderson both of Hope, Arkansas. Dorothy was a loving wife, sister, aunt and friend.

Survivors include one brother, B.R. Hatch and his wife, Joyce of Springhill, Louisiana; and seven nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, Wilson J. Riche; two brothers, A.P. and Neil Hatch; and one sister, Brunell Lawrence.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and continue Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers will be Jason Lawrence, Bobby Wayne Hatch, Zachary Wayne Hatch, Al Hatch, Bobby Lawrence and Jacky Lawrence.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Kenneth Spiller, Garden View Assisted Living, Griswold Special Care and Journey Hospice.
