The Life of Donald Francis LeBlanc

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2011 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Donald Francis LeBlanc, 61, who passed away on June 16, 2011 at his residence. Deacon Frank Cormier of St. Edmond Catholic Church will conduct the funeral services. Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. LeBlanc, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the son of Alfred LeBlanc of Abbeville, Louisiana and the late Mildred Hebert LeBlanc of Maurice, Louisiana. He was a member of St. Edmond Catholic Church. He is survived by his father, Alfred J. LeBlanc of Lafayette, LA; his fiancée, Wanda Breaux of Lafayette, LA; one daughter Carolyn LeBlanc and husband Neil of Breaux Bridge, LA; one grandchild, Haily Marie LeBlanc of Breaux Bridge, LA; five sisters, Dianne Pride, his twin sister, of Marble Falls, TX, Sarah Kidder of Lafayette, LA, Maxine Yandle of Maurice, LA, Elaine Quinn of Colfax, LA, and Janice Copeland of Lafayette, LA; and one brother, Edwin LeBlanc of Ville Platte, LA. He was preceded in death by his mother. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 9:00 am until the time of service in Lafayette. Pallbearers will be Robert Copeland, Michael Kidder, Neil LeBlanc, Wilbert Menard, Robert Pride, and Matson Yandle. Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
