The Life of Tommye Beadle
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery for Tommye Murray Beadle, 93, who passed away on March 4, 2009 at 5:00 AM at her residence.
Reverend Noah Langley will conduct the funeral services.
Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Beadle, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the daughter of the late George Thomas Murray of Rockport, Indiana and the former Myrtle Root of Pelican, Louisiana. She retired from the Lafayette Public School System after 35 years of service having taught at Lafayette Middle School and Broussard Elementary School.
She is survived by two daughters, Beth McCaffree and husband Dr. David L. McCaffree of Lafayette, and Stephanie de Barney and husband J.M. Barney of Broussard; three grandchildren, Steven Barney and wife Nicki, Michael Barney, and Katherine Barney; one great-granddaughter, Emma Barney.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; her husband, Merritt S. Beadle; one sister, Elizabeth Burk.
