The Life of Shirley Adams Stutes

Shirley Adam Stutes, born December 19, 1926, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017, after a lengthy illness.

He is now reunited with his parents, William O. Their influence afforded all their children a rewarding life.

Preceding him in death were his brothers, Ernest, Edwin, Fernand, Turney, Lloyd and Russell and his sisters, Agnes, Exalta, Inez Richard, Lillie Domingue and Emma Lou.

He leaves his wife of 56 years, Nena McMahan Stutes, and four children who were a constant source of joy. One son, Greg and his wife Patrice; three daughters, Anna Mayeux and her husband, Charles, Esther McGowan and her husband, Patrick, and Jennifer Cluchey and her husband, Michael. Three grandchildren who made him very proud, April Russell, Kathleen Mayeux and Charlie Mayeux. He also leaves a number of nieces and nephews.
