To the Kercher Family, I'm very sorry for your loss. Memmy was one in a million. Such a nice, friendly and funny person. I loved when I used to come visit Joel and Mandi when they lived downstairs. We would talk about almost anything but especially the Phillies. She will be surely missed. Kevin
