CARENCRO ~ Graveside services will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Lafayette Memorial Park for Ricky James Leger, age 55, who passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at his residence in Carencro.

Pastor Carl Benton of Living Glory Church will officiate at the services.

Ricky was a native of Lafayette and a resident of Carencro. He was employed with Ron Cormier for twenty-six years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include five brothers, Roland Laviolette and his wife, Angela, of Gainesville, FL, Curly Laviolette, Chad Leger, Claston Leger and Chris Leger; three sisters-in-law, Tammy Laviolette, Norma Richie Elbright and her husband, Scott, and Denise Laviolette; special family friend, Vickie Nichols; and close friend, Andy Kulka.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Cecile Leger; his parents, Eurcine Gene Leger and the former Maxine Guillory; three brothers, Randy Laviolette, James Leger and Ronnie Laviolette.
