The Life of Glenn James Fleming Sr.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Glenn James Fleming, Sr., who passed away peacefully at his home in Lafayette on Wednesday, March 30, 2016.

Chaplain Paul Broussard will conduct the funeral services.

Burial with Military Honors will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.

Glenn was born on March 3, 1945 in Abbeville, Louisiana and was a resident of Lafayette, LA. He spent several years in the USAF and in the oilfield industry.

Glenn was one of seven children born to the late Andrew and Gladys Fleming. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 50 years, Karen Clark Fleming. He is also survived by his children, Elise Fleming Hendrix and her husband, Brad, three sons, Glenn Fleming Jr. and his wife, Jamie, Kevin Fleming and his wife, Aom and Jeffery Fleming and his wife, Crystal; five grandchildren; Andrew, Alexander, Anthony, Lola, and Hikari; sisters, Bobbi and Connie; brothers, Pat, Dicky, Tommy and Ray Fleming.

Glenn was an avid flyer and devoted family man with a generous heart and an extraordinary outlook on life. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
