The Life of Phillip Adams Boyd
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 at a 2:00 PM Service in Martin & Castille''s La Fleur de Lis Chapel for Phillip Adams Boyd, 85, who died on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Cornerstone Village South Nursing Home in Lafayette following a brief illness.
Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pastor Weldon Moak of First Baptist Church in Broussard will officiate the Services.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Wanda Chupp Boyd; his son, Danny Ray Boyd and wife Lynette; his grandchildren, Adam Boyd and P.J. Badali; his great grandchildren, Madison, Mason, and Jaxon; and his nephew, Rodney Boyd and wife Glenna and their daughter Tonya.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Inez Boyd; and his brother, Roscoe Herman Boyd.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Boyd, Adam Boyd, PJ Badali, Mike DeHart, Joe Billy Desormeaux and Donald Choate.
The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille''s SOUTHSIDE location on Monday, January 19, 2015 from 10:00 AM until time of services.
