The Life of Mary Louise Stirling
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 24, 2014 in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church for Mary P. Stirling, 86, who passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 11:30 am at Camelot Nursing Home in Broussard, LA.
Reverend Paul G. Bienvenu, Pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church will conduct the funeral services.
Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mary, a resident of Lafayette, LA was the daughter of the late Homer Perry and the former Eleanor Dupont.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty five years, Alex R. Stirling, Jr.; her children, Elette S. Meaux, Al R. Stirling, III, and Perry L. Stirling; her grandchildren, David Mahler, Jr. and Jennifer Devall, Kelly Haydel, Lani Raush , Michael, Cara, Alex and Jacob Stirling, Laura LeBlanc and Patrick Stutes, II; her seventeen great grandchildren and her sisters, Jeanette Savage and Louella Gumpert.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Margaret Gumpert.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Broussard, LA on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 11:00 am until time of service.
