The Life of MRS. LOIS JEAN GRANT ANDERSON

ANDERSON, LOIS JEAN (GRANT), 79, of Louisville and late of Murray, KY, passed away Friday, February 14, 2014. 

She retired from PNC Bank after 44 years of service. She was a former member of East Audubon Baptist Church, where she played on the softball team and a former member of Farmdale Baptist Church, both in Louisville. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Murray, a member of Victory Chapter #447 for 61 years and a Past Matron. She was Past Mother Advisor of Camp Taylor Assembly #11, a member of the Order of the Amaranth, Friendship Court as well as a 25-year member of Ladies Oriental Club of Kosair Shrine. She was a volunteer for Kosair Charities. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roscoe Lewis Anderson; her sons, Mark Lewis Anderson and Roscoe Shawn Anderson; and her parents, Mildred and Marshall Grant. 

She is survived by her brother, Michael Grant (Carol); nephew, Pastor Douglas Grant; daughter-in-law, Colleen Anderson, with whom she lived; five grandchildren, Molly Joe Anderson, Maggie J. Gruber (Jeff), Andrew Justice Anderson, Roscoe Bradley Anderson (Hayley-Jade) and Chelsea Rebekah Anderson; five great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Ball (Tony) and Bridgett Trent; three stepgreat-grandchildren; as well as many other nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends.
