FUEL FIRM OPERATOR  -  C. E. Yolton Dies

C. E. (Skip) Yolton, 38, 0f 156 Reed St., Chadds Ford, Birmingham, died Wednesday after having a heart attack in his home.  He was pronounced dead on arrival at Riddle Memorial, Middletown.

He was owner and operator of the Yolton Fuel Oil Co. of Chadds Ford.

Born in Pittsburg, Yolton had lived in Delaware County since 1949.

Mr. Yolton belonged to the First Christian Church, Carnegie, Pa.  He also was a Korean War veteran and had served in the US Navy.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Phyllis Talley Yolton; a daughter, Winifred, 15, and a son, Dean Earl, 11, both at home; his father, Clarence Yolton, Sr. of Chelsea, Concord; his mother Mrs. Ruth P. Garner and a step-sister, Mrs. Earline Herman , both of Canton, Ohio.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Maxwell-Boyer Funeral Home, 1834 Meetinghouse Road, Brookhaven. Burial will be in Elam Cemetery, Concord.  Calling hours will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
