The Life of William R Mock

William R. Mock, 70, Excavating contractor; outdoorsman William R. Mock, 70, of Elam, died Jan. 5 at Naaman’s Creek Country Manor. Mr. Mock was an excavating contractor in Elam and Concord Township for many years. He was a member of Elam United Methodist Church. A sportsman, Mr. Mock enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed going to the Crumpton auction and spending time with his grandchildren. He was the grandfather of the late Billy Mock. Survivors: Wife, Patricia A. Mock; sons, William R. Mock Jr. of Chadds Ford and Robert M. Mock of Coatsville; daughter, Pam Mock of Secane; sister, Grace Greer; seven grandchildren. Service: 11 a.m. Saturday in the Elam United Methodist Church, 1073 Smithbridge Road, Glen Mills. Visitation: 9:15-10:45 a.m. Saturday in the church. Burial: In the adjoining church yard.
