The Life of Everett B Guthrie

EVERETT B. (Pete) GUTHRIE, 47, of 21 Circle Drive, Downingtown, a former Delaware County resident, Saturday, July 20, 1974, in Chester County Hospital, West Chester, Pa. after a long illness. Mr. Guthrie, an automobile mechanic, was born in the Concord-Bethel area and lived 20 years in the West Chester-Downingtown area. He was the son of Alice M. Eachus Guthrie and the late Everett G. Guthrie. In addition to his mother, who lives in Marshallton, Del., he is survived by four brothers, Ralph of Marshallton, and Arthur, Ellwood and Kenneth, all of Wilmington, and three sisters, Mrs. Roman Rhoades of Marshallton, Mrs. Thomas Fearins of Claymont and Mrs. Edward Dreika of New Castle, Del. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at the Oliver P. Founds Funeral Home, High & Union Streets, West Chester, Pa. on Wednesday, July 24, 1974, at 11 a.m. Interment at Elam Methodist Cemetery, Elam. Pa.
