The Life of William N Campbell MD

Dr. William N. Campbell, 75 Former owner of Fox Hill Farms Dr. William N. Campbell, 75, pathologist, of Granite Farms Estates, died Dec. 13 at Riddle Hospital. Born in Chester, he graduated from Ridley Park High School, Wesleyan College and Temple Medical School. Dr. Campbell taught pathology at Temple Medical School, and then became Chief of Pathology at Chester Hospital, Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Sacred Heart Hospital in Chester, and Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park. He was a member of the American Medical Association, the College of American Pathologists and Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. For many years, Dr. Campbell owned Fox Hill Farms in Concord and began the program of ""pick your own vegetables,' which many people enjoyed. He is survived by his wife Helen Worrilow Campbell; a daughter, Patricia Robinson of Bethel and three grandchildren. His funeral is private at the convenience of the family in the Elam Methodist Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Endowment Fund of the Elam United Methodist Church, 1073 Smithbridge Rd., Glen Mills, PA 19342.
