The Life of THOMAS J MCCORMICK
Buck was born September 6, 1910 to Marth Ellen Conners and John McCormick. He had eight brothers and sisters. He attended Peabody High School. Buck was married to Mary Jane Stroup and had three children Thomas, Jr., Kathleen and Mary Ellen. He lived in Pittsburgh owning North Hills Green Cab Company and McCormick School Bus Lines until he retired to Tucson Arizona in 1975. Never being able to slow down, Buck bought Tucson Yellow Cab. He and Mary Jane ran the company until his death on December 24, 1981.
