The Life of EMANUEL WHITFIELD
Suddenly on Saturday November 15, 1890, Emanuel Whitfield, aged 6 years and 6 months, at his home on 4216 Post Street, Lawrenceville. Beloved son of Andrew and Caroline (Jensen), dear brother of Inger, William and Anna. Also survived by his Aunt Christine Schade, and cousins Fredrick and Alfreda Schade. Funeral services will be held at the Upperman & Bar Funeral Chapel, 3441 Butler St., Lawrenceville at 2 PM Sunday. Interment to follow in Allegheny Cemetery.
NOTE: This obituary was created after the fact in October, 2012 by Emanuel’s grandnephew James W. Phillips because one could not be found in the newspapers of the time.
