The Life of Elizabeth Bailey Siner

SINER, ELIZABETH Libbyof Winter Park, FL died October 22, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Wilmington, DE in 1908, she died just 1 week shy of her 108th birthday. Predeceased by her husband Jaryl D. Siner and survived by her daughter, Renis Paton (William) and her 5 grandchildren Renee Simonton (Scott), Betsy Paul (Peter), Polly Helm (Fred), Katie Cutlip (Bryon) and Sarah Hall (Ed) and 10 Great Grandchildren. Libby was born and raised in Wilmington, DE and graduated from Tower Hill School. She moved to Florida in 1982. She was a homemaker and contributed many hours to charities in her youth. Later she spent much of her 80's and 90's helping in her daughter's estate sale business. She enjoyed the many friends she made through her memberships in the WP Antique Society, The Colonial Dames and other organizations. She had a wonderful long life and enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. She enjoyed puzzles, crosswords, and reading the newspaper every day. She was a great fan of watching tennis and football and gin martinis. A private burial will be held later in Philadelphia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the 2nd Harvest Food Bank.
