The Life of Michael G. Testa Jr.
Michael G. Testa Barber, Barber Shop Owner, passed away at Hahnemann Hospital, Center City, Philadelphia, on June 11, 2017. He was 86. Funeral services will begin at 10:30am June 17th at the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA 19083. Burial services will be at West Laurel Hills Cemetery, 225 Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd PA 19004. Mike lived a very full life in Philadelphia Logan Circle neighborhood for his entire 86 years. He had a long, successful career as a barber/barber shop owner in Havertown for fifty plus years (until August 2016). Mike was a golf enthusiast, adept with dice, played the numbers daily and had a strong fondness for Old English Sheep Dogs (Bert was his favorite). Mike (son of Michael and Martina (both deceased), wife Mary (deceased) is survived by: Sister Pauline and brother Daniel (sister Betty deceased), daughter Trudi and sons Michael and Patrick, Grandchildren; Megan, Brielle and Michael. Great grandchildren; Dominic, Harlow and Miles. Dearest family friends Angela and Fran and many dear lifelong friends and relatives. We will all miss Mike. Arr: Stretch Funeral Service, 236 E.
