Cherise Denise Johnson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the age of 41. Cherie was born January 13, 1976 in Philadelphia to the Late Gregory Johnson and Terri Harris. Cherise graduated from the Philadelphia Girls High School and also received several credits from the Community College of Philadelphia.
Cherise was a valuable business member to all of the family businesses. Cherise also tutored home school children and some who needed one-on-one learning. Cherise turned no one away even if they could not pay. Cherise also worked at the City of Philadelphia library.
Cherise enjoyed reading, going to the movies and taking long walks.
Cherise is survived by her mother Terri Harris, step-father Clemon Harris, brother Clemon Jay Harris III, sister-in-law Melissa Harris and her niece Mariah Marie Harris.
Aunts: Sheryl Arline and Michele Renee Gillette, Cynthia Small
Cousins: Kimberly Gillette, Michele Gillette, Kasyem Taylor and Paris Gillette, Shawnda, Breanna, Monique, Andrew and lil Vent.
