William James “Bill”, 83, of Cincinnati, passed June 12, 2017. Proud owner and operator of W. J. Needels Plumbing Co. for many years. He is survived by his wife, Laura Needels; children, Jo Felser (Bob), Julie Needels, Sheri Highley (Roger) and Brenda Minge (Tom Conners) and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ann Needels and son, William James “Jimmy” Needels, Jr. Celebration of Life will be held Fri June 16- lunch will be served from 12 noon until time of service at 2:15 pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave. Burial to follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
