The Life of Mary Ann S. Yeakel
YEAKEL, Mary Ann, of East Falls Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017 surrounded by family. She was born on February 28, 1949 to the Late Mary (nee Falbo) and the late Stanley J. Sierocinski, Sr. She was a beloved employee of West Laurel Hill Cemetery for 20 years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving companion Edward “Eddie” DiGinto, devoted mother to son Jack Yeakel (Regina), and Gina Bolli (John Marshall), adoring Nanny to six grandchildren: Joshua (Marie); Nicholas; Matthew; Amanda; Veronica; and Frances. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 11 AM in WEST LAUREL HILL FUNERAL HOME, 225 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA with a calling period beginning at 9 AM until service time. Interment to immediately follow at WEST LAUREL HILL CEMETERY.

Sweet Mary Ann, we will miss your quick smile and sense of humor and most of all your childhood stories...you always made us laugh. I am happy to have been able to share so many good family holdiday times and memories with you and Ed. I know you are with the angels you loved so much looking down on all of us who will miss you greatly.

I met you at a Party with other Police wives. You were so nice and very easy to talk with. I was sorry we didn't get to see each other again. You left such an impression on me. It was instant connection. So sorry for your loss Gina and Jack. She was a beautiful person. RIP Mary Anne.
