Age 90, departed this world peacefully Friday, March 17, 2017. Shirley was born in Erie, PA on December 21, 1926. Daughter of the late Thelma Lee Coffey Baxter Davis and the late Rufus Vosburgh Baxter; sister to the late Barbara Ann Tardy; and wife to the late Theodore J. Mitchell, Jr.; mother of three, Theodore Mitchell III, Kathleen Mitchell Harris and Richard Vance Mitchell; grandmother of eight; great-grandmother of four; survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Saturday, April 1, 2017, The Church of the Holy Cross, 7507 Kelly St. 15208, at 2 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to HOUSE OF LAW, INC.
