On Wednesday, March 15, 2017; beloved husband of Joan (Colter) Wolfson; loving father of Evan (Cheng He) Wolfson, Alison (Patty Perhacs) Wolfson, David (Nancy) Wolfson, M.D. and Michael Wolfson; grandpa of Emily, Ben, Charlie and Simon Wolfson. Dr. Wolfson was cofounder of Bass-Wolfson Pediatrics. For 40 years Jerry practiced pediatrics, and made a real difference in the lives of so many children and families and the Pittsburgh community. His style of care valued humor and strong connections with families along with medical expertise. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Friday at 2 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to services, (1-2 p.m.). Interment Homewood Cemetery.
