Harmer Sr., January 3, 2017, Retired Lower Merion Police Officer, age 84, of Roxborough, formerly of Lower Merion; Companion of Dorothy Plappert; Father of Joseph Jr., Frank, Paul and Raymond Harmer; Brother of Joan Kuneck, Bette Strain, John Harmer and the late Earl Jr., James, Richard Harmer, Frances Andreoni and Geraldine Funk; also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to St. John the Baptist Church, 146 Rector Street, Phila., PA 19127 for Viewing Saturday, January 7, 2016 from 10 A.M. followed by Funeral Mass 11 A.M. in church. Interment West Laurel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph’s memory to Friends of St. John the Baptist Church at above address.
