Our respect and appreciation for Maury Webster

On behalf of the Philadelphia area retired KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co) partners, we express our condolences to Maury's family and appreciation for what he has done for our Firm and all those who worked with him. He was the office Managing Partner when I was hired by the Firm and gave me good guidance and mentoring for my career. He was exceptionally smart and could talk knowledgeably about business, world affairs, sports or any other topic. He communicated with me recently with very clear and exceptional memories of the Philadelphia office history. He attended our retired partner events as long as he was able to. Maury will be remembered as an exceptional person, leader and mentor.
