DUGAN, ROSE M., July 30, 2016, of East Falls. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Dear mother of Robert (Lisa) and the late David. Loving grandmother of Christian and Justin; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Thursday, August 4 at St Bridget Church, 3667 Midvale Ave., Phila., PA 19129 from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30. Interment West Laurel Hill Cemetery.
