MERRON, Jules L., 87, of Penn Valley died on Fri. Apr. 22, 2016. He is survived by his wife Louisa O’Neal, his children: Wendy; Keith; Jessica; Richard; Jason and Scott, and 12 grandchildren. The family will be sitting Shiva Sun. Apr. 24 and Mon. Apr. 25 at their private residence beginning at 4:00 PM each night.
