The Life of Susan H. Aronchick

Susan H. Aronchick of Villanova On November 3, 2015, Susan H. Aronchick, age 61, ascended to heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after a courageous two year battle with ALS. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Craig Aronchick her six children Jennifer, Robert, Bryan, Jacqueline, Samantha and Jake, her mother Jane Hermany and siblings David, Paul, Robert, and Ann, and her four grandchildren Trevor, Lola, Luke and Colin. Susan’s many talents were gifts that all who knew her were graced by. Her unmatched physical beauty was only overshadowed by her deep love for her family and friends. Her many talents and accomplishments throughout her wonderfully, productive life include being an accomplished classical pianist whose favorite composer was Brahms, a professional folk guitarist and singer/performer, whose voice was pure and angelic, a beauty queen in 1974 for the Pocono 500 Nascar Race, an avid health advocate who was an aerobic/spinning and step instructor at the Main Line YMCA where she improved the spirits, health and attitudes of so many lives during her 30+ years of dedication to physical conditioning. Her Funeral Service was held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 11:00 AM, at The Episcopal Academy Chapel, 1785 Bishop White Drive, Newtown Square, PA. Interment followed at West Laurel Hill Cemetery, 225 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA. A Celebration of Susan’s life followed at her home in Villanova, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by The Episcopal Academy, Office of Institutional Advancement, c/o Ellen Urbanski, earmarked for Religious Studies in the name of Susan H.
